Awwwwww...too cute! So what happened to your pretty blog face? Did it go caput with the computer happenings?
I hope all is well...and you're the only person I can think of that I remembered having a Gmail account.....if you think about it, could you send an invite to me? I have lost my google account info somehow. Thanks a bunch!

Step One towards a bottle!

Last night Emmy was nursing as usual. Before bedtime she likes to camp out on my boob for a good hour and soothe herself to sleep. This is partly because she is so overtired from her 30 minute cat naps all day, and partly because of her teeth I believe. So, last night I decided that I really wanted to keep my flesh to MYSELF! I started with one pacifier which she clearly had issues with. Nothing new though, she has consistently rejected every pacifier and bottle. I popped another one into her mouth and let her chew on it for a bit. I held it in...and she actually sucked on a paci! Here's proof! I took a picture in case she never does it again! Her very first acceptance of something other than my flesh or her fingers in her mouth! Tried again today though with no luck. I will keep trying her with it and the bottle....one of these days, one of these days!

Hmmm, what's that sound? Oh yes, my daughter waking up from her 3rd 25 min nap today!
