Reading Game
We stumbled upon a great (free) website for beginning readers. It's easiest level is just working on letter sounds, then there's three more steps up. We've been working on the second level, for early beginning readers, which has different levels inside of that. We've done games/reading activities for the short a, e, and i sounds. We're going to start talking more about vowels before "school" starts in September. I'm working on a lesson plan now for three days a week of "school" days starting in September so this website find is quite helpful!
