Because Every Girl Needs a Pair of Sparkly Shoes
When I came downstairs from having settled Abby and Zoë for nap, I saw some piles of things on the living room floor... we had received two packages! One was from Nonna with some great clothes in it... she always finds the great deals! A couple of nice t-shirts and two zip-up hoodies that we'll be able to use really soon, as well as some cute summer clothes that we should get lots of use out of next year. There were also coupons, which Mommy and Daddy always love. Along with that were sweedish fish, and rice-a-roni.
The other box was from Auntie Elizabeth and it contained glittery ballet flats, from pay-less shoes. One pair are pink and the other are silver with a bunch of other colors. When Abby and Zoë woke up from nap, they saw the shoes and wanted to try them on right away, then they proceeded to tap around the living room and do ballerina twirls, it was tough to get them to take them off later when their feet were becoming a bit sore from wearing their new shoes with no socks.
