Sunday School Open House
Today after the church service was the open house for the new Sunday School program at our church. There has been a lot of anticipation and excitement for this, as the area has been being worked on all summer. It was really pretty neat. The building(s) where we attend church is a historic building (I'm not positive of the date built) with the church building being on one side, and a connected "mansion" on the other. You can see a picture of what the building looks like from the front here . The "mansion" is what has been transformed into the new rotational Sunday school program. There is a theater room, with actual movie seats and a projector, there's a puppet theater/story room, a music room, a computer room, all sort of different things for different age groups on all three of the floors. It was fun to check everything out, Abby and Zoë are excited about attending.
