Enjoying the Sunshine... From the Porch
Abby and Zoë are officially in quarantine. We've been told on a number of occasions that if the girls are sick a few days before surgery, it will have to be postponed. Also, during our own research we read of the increased risks of complications should one be sick when having surgery. To avoid any problems we are just keeping them home with no visitors as it's now just a few days until they will be tonsil and adenoid free.
We had some beautiful sunshine today though, so this morning Chris set Abby and Zoë up on the porch to play a while. Then I served them lunch on the porch, which promptly ended when a bug landed on Zoë's plate and she wanted nothing more to do with being outside. At least they got a little vitamin d in.
