Off Hours Grocery Shopping
We went to the grocery store after dinner this evening, not the normal time for us at all. Abby and Zoë thought it was really funny that we were going when it was dark out already. They had taken a nap today, and I let them sleep longer than I was going to, so I knew they'd not be ready to go to bed at the normal time tonight anyway. The girls also thought it was humerous that the store hand-outs were their evening snack. The had a munchkin from the in-store dunkin' donuts, and a piece of cookie at the end of the trip, from the bakery area... yes, a well rounded meal.
When we left the store Abby said, "We came out when it was dark outside!" We reminded her that we went in when it was dark outside.
