First Swim Lesson 2008 Session 1

Abby and Zoë were so excited all morning long, waiting to be able to get ready for swim lessons.  I wasn't sure they would even be able to have them.  It was raining last night and this morning it looked like more rain would come any minute.  Their class is at 10:30 and at 10:00 the rain had still not shown up so we started getting suited up.

Both Zoë and Abby did such an awesome job today.  They weren't hesitant at all, even though they knew the water would be cold, and everything that was asked of them to do was met with excitement.  I can't say the same for everyone else in their class.  It was a good thing that they didn't do anything with actually going under water today, because I couldn't remember this morning where I'd put their face masks.  Also because when they were supposed to blow bubbles in the water or reach under to grab the sunken toys, the girls kept doing it with open mouths, especially Abby.  They had a great time and had great attitudes throughout the whole class.

Abby @ 4 years, 6 months, 8 days
Zoë @ 4 years, 6 months, 8 days
Enzo expected in 3 months, 1 day
