I didn't get a response from my email about the clogged master bathroom, so I decided to research the trap system they use here, and fix it myself.  I located the trap, and cleaned it.  It was so dirty and disgusting, surely not cleaned in this apartments first and only year of service.  Yuk!  Laura has mentioned that we are the guinea pigs, having to get all these things done to get the apartment rent ready, fixing the shower heating element, cleaning the drains, and getting the bugs checked out and hopefully eliminated.  It is nice to be able to use the sink and shower again, as this shower has the new hot element.
