Abby, Zoë and Enzo

The top of Zoë's eyelid is red, I noticed it somewhat yesterday evening, but this morning was more noticeable.  I couldn't figure it out so I told her to make sure not to touch her eyes and she told me this,

"Earlier I had sleepy seeds in my eyes and I had to pick them out so that I wasn't sleepy all day"

After I was done giggling, I asked her more about this theory and she explained that to wake up you have to get the sleepy seeds out or else you'll go back to sleep and want to sleep all day.  So I guess on those days when I'm just feeling groggy all day I'd better check my eyes for sleepy seeds. : )
