Abby, Zoë and Enzo

After lunch today I got Enzo settled into the backpack and the kids and I set off four a tour of fairy houses around Portsmouth.  We received a family ticket for the event, which we've never done before, from the Families First Center.  What was also neat was that the pass let us into the historic properties in the area that normally cost for a guided tour so we spent some time checking out all of the houses too.  Zoë and Abby were actually really excited about this part and whenever they saw one of the homes with an open door over at Strawbery Banke they'd say, "Mom, that door is open, can we go inside that house?"  We have plans to build our own fairy houses (though the idea turned into American Indian birchbark houses and teepees) this week.
